You received mail and want it to stop

Email us with the name and address as it appeared on the letter. It is removed permanently across every product, you do not have to explain why, and nobody will contact you to talk you out of it. Details on the do-not-mail page.

What we will not do with your details

We do not sell or rent your contact information, we do not add you to a list because you asked a question, and there is no automated sequence waiting for you. If you email once and decide against it, that is the end of the correspondence unless you start it again.

It would be odd to run a business built on honouring do-not-mail requests and then pester the people who enquire about it.
