Six founding places · Montgomery & Prince George’s County

Run it in your actual business. Tell us what happened.

We can explain the ranking logic all day. What we cannot yet show you is somebody who mailed 75 of these records and reported back. Six businesses are going to be the first to do that, at a reduced rate, and their numbers will be published whether or not the numbers are flattering.

Field Partners

Six places, filled deliberately rather than first-come: two real estate agents, two contractors or home-service businesses, one investor, and one estate or elder-law practice. Small enough that we can work closely with each one.

What you get

  • $30 a month for six months, then $75 — locked at that rate for as long as you stay subscribed
  • Managed mail at cost for your first campaign — you pay printing and postage, we do not charge for the writing
  • Territory exclusivity in your trade for the duration
  • Direct access to the people who built it — not a support queue
  • Real influence on the ranking. If you tell us a segment is wrong for your market, we change the weighting and you see the next run

What you commit to

  • Actually mail. At least 50 pieces a month for three consecutive months. One drop tells nobody anything
  • Report the numbers. Records received, pieces mailed, replies, appointments or estimates, closed work. Five minutes a month
  • One call a month, twenty minutes, to say what is working and what is not
  • Let us publish the results, with your business named or anonymized — your choice, agreed before we write anything
Why it is $30 rather than free. Free trials get opened once and forgotten. A price small enough not to matter but large enough to notice is the difference between a partner and a mailing list. We would rather have six businesses who paid something and did the work than twenty who took a free file.

What we will publish

Numbers, not adjectives. A field result reads like this:

Illustrative format · not a real result
Handyman · Montgomery County · three months
225 records received
150 letters mailed
11 replies
6 estimates given
3 jobs won · $2,140 invoiced
And the unflattering part alongside it: which segments produced nothing, what the wasted spend was, and what the partner would do differently. A result with no failures in it is a testimonial, and testimonials do not help anybody decide.

Nothing gets published until it has actually happened, and nothing gets published without the partner reading it first. If the three months produce a bad outcome, that goes up too — a page of results where everything worked is not evidence, it is marketing.

Creators & educators

This is the part worth taking seriously if you produce anything about the Maryland market. We are not asking you to advertise a data company. We will produce original anonymised analysis for you to publish under your own name — the kind of local property research nobody else in this market is doing.

  • Probate volume by county and how it has moved month over month
  • Which ZIP codes have the largest unclaimed homestead credit gap — a story with a genuine public-interest angle, since it is money households are entitled to and never claimed
  • Where investor and institutional ownership is concentrating, and where it is thinning out
  • Where long-tenure ownership clusters, which is the shape of the next decade of turnover
  • How many properties in a given county run on private septic — useful to more people than you would think

Free to use, attributed, yours to publish. Plus free access to the product while you are covering it. Two conditions: disclose that you received the data free, which is an FTC requirement for endorsements and protects you rather than us, and say what you actually found. If the data is thin in your area, publish that. We are not buying a recommendation.

Referral credit

For existing clients. Refer another business that subscribes and your next month is free — worth $75 each time, uncapped and stacking. Applied as account credit.

This is for referring businesses to us, not for sending us homeowners, sellers or clients, and it is not a fee connected to any real estate transaction. If your license or your firm’s rules restrict what you can accept, say so and we will sell you the data at the normal price. Attorneys and licensed agents in particular should check their own advertising and compensation rules before accepting anything here — we would rather lose the arrangement than put your license in play.

Teams and associations

Every member gets their own territory and their own delivery history, so nobody is mailing the same property as the person at the next desk, at a group rate below $75. Practical for brokerage teams, REIA chapters and contractor associations. Team leads onboarding new agents: combine it with the first-year terms and a new agent starts at $50.

We will not trade a discount for praise

Not a review, not a testimonial, not a recommendation you do not mean. Every arrangement on this page asks for the same thing: report what actually happened. If the campaign works, say so and we will be grateful. If it does not, say that — publicly, if you like.

A partner program that buys compliments produces compliments nobody believes, which is worth less than nothing to both of us. The reason to run this at all is to find out whether the ranking helps somebody spend their next fifty stamps more intelligently. If it doesn’t, we would rather learn that from six people in three months than from a hundred people in two years.

Apply for one of the six.

Email hello@bluebeamsignals.com with your trade, your territory, and roughly how much mail you could realistically send in a month. The only disqualifier is not being able to commit to actually mailing — everything else we can work with.
